Summary
I AM one of those who has been issued a summary warrant regarding an outstanding bill I've been trying to pay for four years! I applied for a rebate. I was entitled to one but due to their incompetence have not received it. I asked at regular intervals that the amount be amended to show my rebate and I'd clear the balance. Instead they ignored me and are pursuing me to court. It's legalised extortion.
