A SPECIAL drawing competition has been launched by Historic Scotland to celebrate the success of its Kids Go Free month.

Youngsters in Glasgow, Clyde and Ayrshire are getting the chance to win an art kit by drawing one of the group's cartoon characters featured on its trails at eight historic sites across the region.
