I USED to live in Gryffe Street, overlooking Holmlea Park. Cathcart was a great area but it is going downhill, the same as Govanhill.

The thugs who commit these crimes need to go away for a long time without any visits from mummy/daddy and no access to televisions, PlayStations, etc. Prison nowadays is a rite of passage to them, not a deterrent.
