THE trial of a man accused of murdering a prostitute was adjourned today after he told the court he wanted to appoint new defence counsel.

George Johnstone, 43, is accused of killing Jacqueline Gallagher, 26, wrapping her body in a curtain and dumping it in a lay-by at Bowling, West Dunbartonshire.
