IT'S absolutely time to take licences off shopkeepers who knowingly sell alcohol to underage customers ('Sting' Traps Rogue Booze Stores, March 10).
I think it would be a great idea to raise the legal limit for buying alcohol to 21, as they do in the US. The number of problems caused by alcohol is awful.See the full content of this document
