DOUBLE Commonwealth champion Gregor Tait is looking ahead despite being pipped for the 200m individual medley at the British Swimming Championships in Sheffield.

The 26-year-old Scot was overtaken by Joe Roebuck on the final length, with the Loughborough University student recording a personal best of 2min 1.97secs.
