IT'S the sound that Will Jimeno will never forget. The pain may pass, the scars will fade but the sound will haunt his dreams forever. Jimeno describes it with some difficulty as "the most horrifying noise I have ever heard. Like a huge train coming at me with the roar of the devil".
It was the sound of the World Trade Center collapsing and Will Jimeno was trapped underneath it. He and his fellow officer John McLoughlin were New York Port Authority cops who were among the first on the scene on September 11, 2001.See the full content of this document
