THE SFA have welcomed the decision by Lothian and Borders Police to allow the Tennent's Scottish Cup fourth round tie between Spartans and St Mirren to be played at City Park.

Subject to certain conditions being met, the match will be played at Spartans' home ground in Edinburgh on Sunday, February 5, with a 12.30 pm kick-off.
