DENTISTS working in the NHS are to be given big cash incentives in a bid to ensure free dental care for all Scots children.

Although children are entitled to free dental treatment, a survey of Scotland's 2800 dentists found 35-per cent would not accept youngsters for NHS care because their lists are full.
