BRITISH No.1 Andy Murray's has reached a new high of 14 in the tennis world rankings following his run to the fourth round of the Australian Open.

The Scot, who won three matches before losing to Rafael Nadal in Melbourne, is next in action when he defends his San Jose title in February after pulling out of this week's Zagreb Indoor event with blisters.
