A FEMALE lawyer who smuggled drugs to a Scots crime boss while he was in prison was jailed for 32 months today.

After listening to one of the longest pleas for leniency heard in a Scottish court - lasting almost two hours - judge Lord Kinclaven told shamed Angela Baillie, 32, that she could not avoid a prison term.
