HEALTH Secretary Nicola Sturgeon has told hospital staff to clean up their act as a survey found two out of five doctors don't wash their hands.They have been shown up in the world's first national audit of hand hygiene which has revealed that four out of five hospital workers are washing their hands - but doctors are one group who are lagging.
