THE pounds-28million refurbishment of Glasgow's famous Kelvingrove Art Gallery has been given a major boost in funds from America.

Around pounds-5.5m of the tourist attraction's revamp is being funded through an appeal headed by Lord Macfarlane of Bearsden and today it was revealed the JPMorgan Foundation is to contribute pounds-53,000 towards the fund.
