DEATH rates for heart disease are continuing fall in Scotland, according to new figures.
Last year, heart attacks and heart failure killed just over 150 out of every 100,000 Scots, a 3% drop, and there was a slightly larger fall in the number of people dying before the age of 75.See the full content of this document
