TIME has been called on neighbours from hell thanks to an agreement signed by East Renfrewshire Council, Strathclyde Police and social landlords.

The agreement means the council, police and local housing association will share information to help tackle anti-social behaviour. Confidentiality of people making complaints will be safeguarded.
