AN INFLUENTIAL report today called on owners of cash machines to display big signs warning customers where they will be charged for withdrawing money.
The House of Commons Treasury Select Committee also called on banks to ensure free machines were available away from their branches and expressed concern that low income areas could end up having no access to free machines.See the full content of this document
