SINCE giving up his job as a hotel uniforms salesman in 1992, Junior Simpson has teetered on the brink of the bigtime. Yet he's never quite made that all-important leap to stardom.

That's not to say the Luton-born comic hasn't been busy. You might recognise him as a trader in Mel Smith's film High Heels And Low Lifes, or as the wedding DJ in Love Actually. But most people will probably recognise him as soul singer Issac Divine from the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter ad campaign.
