A STUNNED cleaner found pounds-2.5million in cash lying in a bank's lift in Glasgow city centre, it was claimed today.

According to reports the honest worker alerted security after discovering the huge stash of money at a branch of Royal Bank of Scotland It is believed the money was left unsupervised in a customer lift - after the high-security lift used for transporting money to the vault had broken down.
