Sports Agency On Carpet for Big Move
THE former carpet factory at Glasgow Green is to become the temporary home of sportscotland - until its permanent base in the city's East End is built. The agency, which has 145 staff, is due to move to the planned pounds-70million National Indoor Sports Arena and Velodrome in Dalmarnock - as previously reported in the Evening Times - but the arena is not due to be ready until 2011.
