Angelika: Sister in Blast at Police
THE sister of tragic Angelika Kluk has slammed police for losing track of the last man to see her alive. Peter Tobin, 60, who worked as a handyman at the chapel, was arrested in London on Saturday by the Metropolitan Police on an unrelated matter.
