A MAN suffered leg burns today when a fire broke out in a second floor flat in Glasgow. He and another man were forced to flee the flat in Ruthven Street, Hillhead, after a bedroom caught fire shortly after 5am. Firemen wearing breathing apparatus quickly tackled the blaze which was confined to the flat.
